According to Beatriz Valderrama, author of the book intelligent motivation, there are ten possible motivations, or engines, which make that we walk through our lives both personal and professional (these are power, achievement, exploration, contribution, autonomy, cooperation, hedonism, the security, the) conservation and affiliation). But most of us do not know which are our motivations, nor what moves others either, does not have to be what us nine ourselves. People have different motivations.
